"АЛЕКО" С. Рахманинов

Опера С. Рахманинова, "Алеко", в последний раз в США шла в 1916 году. Commonwealth Lyric Theater, наконец, ставит этот шедевр, почти спустя 100 лет. Рахманинову в этом году исполняется ровно 140 лет. Опера звучит в обработке М. Шульмана и А. Прохорова, которые обогатили партитуру цыганскими песнями и танцами. Солисты - международные звезды оперы: Михаил Светлов в роли Алеко(Большой Театр, ЛяСкала), Павел Издебски в роли Старика (один из крупнейших Вагнеривских басов мира), Джана Бэти в роли Земфиры (Бостон Лирик Опера) и др. В опере также задействованы хор, танцевальная труппа и оркестр Commonwealth Lyric Theater, а также юные актеры из "Lucky Ten" Young Talent Studio. Не пропустите это яркое зрелище!
